Making payments easy
At Paws and Companions, we aim to make the payment process as simple and convenient as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our payment policies, billing procedures, and more, ensuring a smooth experience for you and your beloved pets.
Billing and payment options
We bill our clients on a per-visit, per-day, or per-vacation basis. Additional charges may apply for multiple pets, travel expenses, and non-standard duties. Fees and pet sitting services are to be paid by cash or check at the end of each week the service was completed.
Reservations and confirmation
Please reserve your appointments as early as possible to ensure that your pet can be accommodated. Holiday times are especially busy for us, and we want to make sure we can care for your pet. Booking at least one week in advance for New Clients and 48 hr for existing clients is highly suggested, but we realize that emergencies do come up.
You will receive a confirmation text the day before your scheduled appointment. If you don't receive your confirmation, please contact Paws and Companions. You will also receive a confirmation text when we have completed our visit with your pet(s).
Cancellations and referral program
All service reservations must give a minimum of 24 hr notice, or you will be charged accordingly.
Referral Program
Refer a New Client to us and receive $5 off your next visit!! New clients must schedule at least two visits with us and use your name as a referral source.
